Mount a SAMBA share in Linux terminal

Mount share on linux bash:
First create a mount point:
sudo mkdir /MOUNTPOINT
Then mount as follows:
sudo mount -t cifs -o user=USERNAME //IP_NUMBER/SHARENAME /MOUNTPOINT
